There are a lot of assumptions about self-care. You might think you don’t have enough time for it, or that it might cost you a lot to get expensive treatments and products. Or you might think it’s way too much of a hassle to take time out and go to a salon. We make a lot of excuses when it comes to treating ourselves, but that shouldn’t be the case. Living a happy life is about taking care of your mind and body and giving it the nourishment it needs. Here are some beauty ideas you can easily do at home to practice self-care, and living your happiest life.

1. Deep condition your hair
